The Normandy Flower

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Calvados
• 1/2 ounce St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 4-5 ounces tonic water
• Garnish: Orange Peel

Instructions

• Add Calvados, St Germain and lemon juice into a mixing glass with a large ice cube.
• Mix, pour into glass with ice. Top with tonic water.Take an orange peel and express the oils over the top of the drink.
• Use the peel for a garnish.
