Ingredients

• 2 ounces sake
• 1.5 ounces cranberry juice blend
• 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 ounce grenadine
• 3 dashes orange-flavored bitters
• Fresh or frozen cranberries

Instructions

• Add the sake, cranberry juice, lime juice, grenadine, and bitters into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
• Strain into a martini glass over crushed ice, and top with a splash of club soda.
• Garnish with a cranberries.
