Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces Baileys Irish cream liqueur
• 1 ounce Rumple Minze peppermint schnapps
• 8 ounces hot chocolate
• Garnish: whipped cream

Instructions

• Add the dark rum, simple syrup, lime juice, grenadine and bitters into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
• Strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice, and top with a splash of club soda.
• Garnish with a mint sprig.
