Ingredients

• 2 pieces fresh pineapple
• 1/2 ounce premium triple sec
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 1 ounce Champagne
• Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Instructions

• Muddle the pineapple pieces and triple sec in the bottom of a mixing glass.
• Add the vodka and pineapple juice and stir well.
• Strain into a cocktail glass, top with champagne, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
