Pisco Sour

On the occasion of United Nations Day, let’s raise a toast to international peace and understanding! So grab your glass and make yourself this special UN Day cocktail!

Ingredients

• 2 ounces pisco
• 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Garnish: Angostura bitters

Instructions

• Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
• Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
• Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
• Garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters. Using a straw, toothpick or similar implement, swirl the bitters into a simple design, if desired.
